Procedure and method of personal information destruction

In principal, any relevant information should be destroyed after achieving the purpose of gathering personal information. The procedure and the method of destroying the information are written below.

ο Procedure
After the purpose of gathering your personal information is achieved, it is kept for the specified period of time under internal policy and other privacy protection policy (refer to specified period of time) and then destroyed. Personal information is never used for other purpose except for legal issues.

ο Destruction method
- Technical method that makes unable to regenerate the record is used for the personal information being saved as electronic file format.

Provision of personal information

In principal, your personal information should be kept confidential except for the cases below

- If a preliminary agreement is made
- If it is to be used for the legal issues and investigations

Trust of gathered personal information

The company never entrust any of your personal information without your agreement. We will announce you about a truster and entrusted tasks and also seek the prior consent from you whenever circumstances require it.
